The site uses an internal publishing tool solely to automatically publish Heart of Rugby articles (text, image and link) on the Facebook Pages we administer, in their different language versions (French, English, Italian, Spanish).

In short: this tool does not collect, store or process any personal data of Facebook users. It publishes editorial content on our own pages, and nothing else.

3. Data related to Facebook publishing

Data we do not use

• No Facebook user profile data (name, email, photo, friends, etc.).
• No individual interaction data (likes, comments, private messages) is collected or stored.
• No cookies or trackers are placed in this context.

Data we use

• Technical identifiers of our own Facebook Pages and access tokens required for publishing, stored securely on our server.
• Editorial content we publish (headlines, text, images, links to our articles).

4. Data processed by heartofrugby.com

The website heartofrugby.com is an editorial site for consultation. Data that may be processed includes:

• Server logs: IP address, date and time of connection, pages viewed, for security and technical maintenance purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention period: 12 months.

6. Data deletion (User Data Deletion)

We do not collect any personal data from Facebook users: there is therefore no user data to delete from our systems under this feature.
